CONFERENCES

OCES will hold conferences on Oct. 10th during school hours.  Due to the fact that several of the students have more than one teacher they work with each day, we have had to schedule "team conferences" which means less flexibility than usual.  Thus, some of you will receive a specific time during which all involved teachers have set aside time to meet with you.  It is very important you try to make that time, but if you cannot we will try to hold a conference another time - though it will likely NOT be on the 10th.  In addition, due to having so many shares students, we also are pretty booked up and will not be able to meet with ALL parents on the 10th.  I have scheduled those parents with whom I feel I really need to meet.  However, if you do not get a notice but really wish to meet with me, let me know and we can meet another day, or set up a phone conference.  My morning will be spent meeting in team conferences, but I have a few slots open in the afternoon.  I will send those times out to the other parents I need to see, and it will be a first request - first granted situation to fill those slots.
